I dont think Balenciaga have a target group for the motorcycle bag itself but more a target market for the Balenciaga brand in itself. Their target market are top earning socialites, celebrities, power business women and high end fashion consumers. I’m not sure why they would want to change their market as it seems to pay and advertise extremely well using the market they already have but i guess to reduce the price (which would in turn jeapordise the quality of their merchandise) would give them a whole new target market as they would be more affordable.
